Trainees complete four six-month rotations in practice areas such as Corporate, Global Financial Markets, Real Estate, and Litigation. This includes drafting documents, conducting due diligence, and managing smaller transactions, thereby gaining essential skills and insights into the firm’s high-profile clients.
Before starting the Training Contract, candidates can join the LIFT programme, which offers paid internships to enhance professional development. The firm provides best-in-class training, including PGDL and SQE prep sessions. Throughout the contract, trainees are supported by a dedicated network, including a Supervisor, Resource Manager, and the firm’s renowned learning and development academy. The Training Contract is open to penultimate-year law students, final-year students, and graduates who can begin at the firm in August 2027 or February 2028.
