An opportunity for final-year students or graduates – vacancy in Construction Dispute Resolution with Vantage Three

Vantage Three is a specialist consultancy based in Belfast, working on both domestic and international projects. The company’s focus is on the provision of Expert Witness evidence in the field of delay and programme analysis in ADR and civil litigation, and in consulting on contract and programme management to live projects.  The work is of a multi-disciplinary nature, sitting at the intersection of legal, technical and commercial problems. Though this opportunity provides the platform to learn about the technical fields of construction programming and delay analysis, no prior knowledge in these fields is required.

The successful candidate(s) will be detail-oriented, willing to learn and adept problem solvers. This is a potentially lucrative and rewarding niche within the construction and legal services industries, with clear paths for progression in the area of construction law, delay analysis, dispute resolution and project management.
