****The National Student Survey (NSS) is your chance to look back on your higher education experience and speak out on everything from the teaching on your course, access to resources and equipment, and even about the student voice.
Fieldfisher is a European law firm head-quartered in London; the Belfast location is one of their 25 offices sited across the world. The company has a particular focus on energy & natural resources, technology, finance & financial services, life sciences and media. Their Belfast site is located in the Titanic Quarter, and currently has 100 staff. They have a Legal Professional Community and solicitors based at their Belfast hub, who work across the full range of services which the company offers.
Their Graduate Legal Professional scheme offers graduates a great opportunity to develop legal experience across multiple practice areas, in a supportive and collaborative environment. The year-long scheme will give candidates a real-life insight into work as a Legal Professional in one of their many departments, whilst learning new skills through continued study with the University of Law.
Trainees will receive daily support from a mentor, working as an integral part of their teams of Partners, Solicitors and Legal Professionals across the UK and Europe. This scheme includes seat rotations in departments including: Personal Injury, Risk, Dispute Resolution, Cross-area Specialist Team and Regulatory. There will also be the opportunity to travel to their other UK offices.
